You have a friend who plays guitar in the courtyard. You offer him to become a bass player. At first he refuses, for he never held bass in his hands. But you promise to teach him everything. Over time, the comrade really becomes a very decent bass player. In addition, he has been meeting with your keyboard player for a long time, and one fine day they both say that they are promising, and your team is no good and they are not going to vegetate in it any further. This couple takes the second guitarist and drummer along, and you are left with nothing and can not understand why this happened. He is recognized as a leader, but after a while the musicians get tired of his exactingness.

There are times when the whole team decides to leave. As a result, the leader is left alone with his music and a misunderstanding of why everyone suddenly threw him. So what to do and how to behave so that the musicians do not leave your band? Here are some guidelines to keep in mind: Don’t be too strict. You can be a leader without any efforts to keep everyone in suspense. Ask the guitarist if it’s convenient for him to attend rehearsals on that day. Maybe he really has no one to leave the child with. Just adjust to it. He will be grateful to you. If you see that a musician cannot play this or that moment purely, suggest to get together separately and work on it. No need to tell him that he is talentless and nothing will come of him. So you will definitely get his departure from you. Do not invite anyone. An old comrade from the yard is, of course, good. But before you take a musician into a group, study his musical tastes. It is a very common occurrence when a musician is ready to play anything, just to not lose his technique and be at work. Sooner or later, he will surely find his group and leave you. Therefore, find out if the person wants to work with you and play what you write. Record and speak.

Any rock musician seeks popularity. If your comrades-in-arms will see that you want to achieve glory and are doing everything possible for this, they will be in solidarity with you.
